　　Exchange Process

　　After initiating your exchange on our return portal, you will be provided a prepaid return shipping label. Upon returning your exchange item, TRUEWERK will send your exchange item via ground shipping; ground shipping usually takes 5-7 days to reach you, excluding weekends. 　　If it is ready-made fabric, it will take about 5 days. For customized fabrics, it takes approximately 20 days.
