The maintenance plan for anti-static work clothes with reflective strips mainly includes the following aspects:

Cleaning and maintenance:

• Cleaning method: Anti static work clothes should be cleaned with neutral detergent, avoiding the use of corrosive substances such as strong acids and alkalis to prevent damage to the fabric structure and affect the anti-static performance. During the cleaning process, a gentle washing method should be used to avoid strong mechanical friction and chemical operations.
• Cleaning requirements: A-level anti-static work clothes need to be cleaned more than 100 times, and B-level anti-static work clothes need to be cleaned more than 50 times. During the cleaning process, the damage to the conductive fibers of anti-static work clothes should be minimized as much as possible.
• Washing conditions: The washing water temperature should be below 40 ℃, and rinse with room temperature water. The washing time should be as short as possible, but it must be thoroughly rinsed to remove residual detergent. Anti static work clothes that have both flame retardant and oil resistant properties should not be cleaned with bleach or organic solvents.

Precautions for use:

1. Prohibited attachments: Metal objects or decorations unrelated to work must not be attached or worn on work clothes to prevent them from becoming a medium for electrostatic discharge and increasing safety hazards.
2. Wearing and taking off environment: It is prohibited to wear and take off anti-static work clothes in flammable and explosive places. The tools that need to be carried should have anti-static and anti spark functions; Hardware tools should be placed on the metal parts of anti-static work clothes that are prohibited from being exposed.
3. Matching use: When wearing anti-static clothing, it should also be used in conjunction with anti-static shoes, and the ground should also be a conductive floor.

Performance testing and replacement:

• Performance testing: Work clothes should undergo anti-static performance testing before being worn for the first time to ensure that they are qualified before being put into use. After wearing for a period of time, anti-static clothing should be inspected. If the static performance does not meet the standard requirements, anti-static work clothes cannot be used anymore.
• Replacement conditions: If the anti-static performance of the anti-static work clothes decreases or is damaged, they should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure safety and effectiveness.
